At KKK Counseling we have partnered with the world's oldest holistic healing systems “Ayurveda” with the modern science of “Psychology" to help our clients. Our counselor is specialized in suicide prevention and childhood trauma. Our counseling services are for teens, adults, couples and LGBT community. Services are conducted online and in-person at our office. Services include but not limited to stress, anxiety, OCD, emotional support, postpartum depression, sexual abuse, academic problems, depression, sleeplessness, exam fear, and many other mental health issues. You don’t believe in modern science it’s absolutely okay. Our Ayurvedic doctor has many other holistic treatments such as shiro dhara and herbal medicines that will help with memory, anxiety, sexual problems, sleep disorder and other issues. Ms. Shirley S. Bhat M.S is a graduate from University of Phoenix (USA) with her Masters in Behavioral Psychology and trained in Marriage and Family therapy from Northcentral University USA. Ms. Bhat has an extensive academic and community service background that spans over twenty years. She also holds degrees in Criminal Justice (earning Summa Cum Laude and President's List honors), accounting diploma and has attended law school learning about contractual law and criminal law. Currently she is a Ph.D Scholar at Osmania University in Hyderabad India.
She is certified as a Suicide prevention specialist though University of South Florida USA and completed her training in Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI). She is certified as a Student HIPAA Privacy Security and Research Training specialist, though Nova Southeastern University, Couple Counseling through Manomantra Psychological & Training Services, Hyderabad, India. She has extensive training with Charter Schools and IB programs. She is certified as a Student Leadership Advocate from San Diego State University (SDSU) Leadership Institute, CA, USA and Education for Advocacy from California Student Association of Community Colleges, CA, USA.
Within last 5 years, as a community activist, she has served her community through involvement and holding several official positions. She served as an ambassador with the Riverview Chambers of Commerce, and later as an honorary deputy member to the business community in Riverview. She was nominated for Justice Programs, volunteered at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay as a sexual assault advocate , served as the president of The Rotary Club of Fishhawk Riverview, served as a Student Association Chair for Marriage and Family Therapy, secretary for Delta Kappa Honor Society, Vice-President and CoParliamentarian of Riverview Women’s Club, Vice-President Sheriff’s Indian Advisory Counsel in Hillsborough County, the National Organization for Human Services, the Florida Counsel Against Sexual Violence. She has served as secretary for many organizations, and helped in writing, modifying, filing and getting approval of rules changes and successfully implemented them in her local community. Currently she serves as Board Chair for Kid’s Community College Charter Schools in Riverview FL, USA and volunteers for 1life Crisis Support organization providing phone counseling for suicide prevention.
Over the years she has received many awards for her academics success and social services. She has been on dean’s honor list (several times), president’s honor list (several times), and graduated as Summa Cum Laude. She has received volunteer of the month award, ambassador of the month award, volunteer of the year award, shinning star of the year award , Rookie of the Year award, Margy Watkins Volunteer of the Year award, Perfect Attendance award for several years, Rotarian of the Year award and nominated to participate in Office of Justice Programs as a Peer Reviewer.
She is a member of the American Association For Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and American Psychological Association (APA). She holds various honorary members for the following organizations. Alpha-Beta-Kappa National Honor Society (ABK), Golden Key International Honor Society (GKISH), Delta Kappa Lota Chapter International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society, Florida Counsel Against Sexual Violence (FCASV), National Organization for Human Services (NOHS), Nu Psi Kappa, Riverview Woman’s Club (RWC), Sheriff’s Indian Advisory Counsel (SIAC), The Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce (GRCC), The Rotary Club of Fishawk-Riverview. Mrs. bhat has extensive research background from University of South Florida in Suicide prevention and published work with SAMHSA.
Her hobbies are scrapbooking, running, writing, listening to music, traveling, gardening, and she loves to take long walks on beaches. She is passionate about changing one life at a time. Her own quote “ When intentions are pure no obstacle can become a barrier towards achieving success despite the difficulties along the way”.

Dr. Kranthi Kumar started his career at a very young age. He completed gradation in Ayurvedic Medicine in 2015 and his post graduation is in yoga. He is registered in Alternative Medicine (AYUSH). He has also completed LLB in 2018, and is a member of Trusted Advocates Associated. He is qualified to practice as an High Court advocate.
As a youth he has won medals in body building contest. He has earned black belt and won many medals and shields in martial arts. He is passionate about learning and feels every opportunity to learn will add to his experiences.
Dr. Kranthi has published many articles in Newspaper on Spinal Cords, psoriasis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Kidney diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, benefits of Ayurveda, wellbeing of children, and many other topics associated with Ayurvedic treatments and medicines.
When time permits, Dr. Kranthi loves to go for long bike rides. He loves nature and traveling.
